Our certification programs are provided by internationally accredited Master Certified Practitioners and experienced, in-house Assessments 24×7 educators and trainers. Flexible training curriculum is tailored to your specific needs and once certified, you will have the ability to train teams and provide long-term DISC learning and company culture integration.
Training workshops are customized to fit the preferred schedule and include a half day, one day, two days or up to two weeks of training. Choose from remote webinar training, onsite training or a combination of both. All certifications are recognized for continuing education (CE) credits with SHRM, HRCI, ATD and ICF.

- The Emotional Intelligence (EIQ) assessment helps business leaders understand the way employees apply their emotional intelligence in terms of style, preferences, and behavior.
